A clear first step.
Then a steady routine.
Open the website, sign in and follow your assigned work. You do not need to install an app or have a ChatGPT account.

Exam assignment, all three exam plans, learning tools, reports and activation status.
Find your work. See your progress.
- Sign in. Choose Student and enter your registered email and TTS password. Use the account provided by TTS.
- Check My learning. Your assigned entrance exam appears under My entrance exam. TTS sets it at enrollment; other exams stay unavailable unless your enrollment changes.
- Start your assigned work. Open the starting diagnostic, practice or homework assigned by your tutor. Intervention students work on math and ELA skills; Test Prep students work on their assigned exam. A locked test means it has not been assigned yet.
- Answer and submit. Read the instructions, choose an answer and move to the next question. Save & exit keeps an unfinished attempt. A timed test’s clock continues after you leave. Finish only when you are ready to submit.
- Review My results. See practice accuracy, section graphs and explanations. These help you and your tutor decide what to work on next.
- Open Learning Coach. Use your completed assessment to find a study focus, review questions, see suggested practice and check your progress. These tools are also linked directly from My learning. AI replies require a separate TTS connection and are not active merely because the page is available.
- Join My sessions. Join now becomes available five minutes before the appointment. Open Google Meet for the conversation and keep your TTS session room open for questions.
- Complete the exit ticket. With ten minutes remaining, answer independently in TTS. Submit to see explanations. Saved answers are finalized for review when five minutes remain and a session room checks the server.
- Finish homework. Return to My learning, complete your assigned homework and submit it. Your tutor can review the saved result.
Use a laptop or desktop for the first diagnostic and tutoring session when possible. Keep one active test open at a time and stay connected to the internet.
Review. Prepare. Teach. Record.
- Sign in as Tutor. Your roster contains students assigned to your account. TTS arranges their appointments; you do not need to schedule them.
- Review the assessment. Use Review questions to inspect the diagnostic or mock material, then assign the appropriate assessment to the student.
- Read the diagnostic evidence. After submission, refresh shared data. Review the section graph, missed answers and priority skills.
- Review the eight-week plan. TTS drafts an eight-week, sixteen-session plan from the diagnostic. Check the priorities and adjust the weekly instruction to fit the student’s needs and actual program dates.
- Prepare the session. Open Build instruction, review the correct week/session presentation and its exit ticket, edit where needed, and save the presentation as reviewed. Opening the lesson room publishes a fixed copy for that appointment.
- Teach through Google Meet. Click Join now when the window opens. In your lesson room, open the separate presentation tab. In Meet, share that presentation tab, keeping your tutor response panel private.
- Use student evidence. Advance the slides while the student answers in their own TTS room. Responses update about every three seconds while the room is open. Discuss the exit ticket in the last five minutes.
- Record the session. Save notes during the lesson. After its scheduled end, use Complete session & finalize report. Only finalized notes from completed sessions feed the weekly or biweekly parent-report draft.
- Share a reviewed parent report. Generate and edit the report, then download it for sharing through your normal TTS communication process. The portal does not automatically email reports.
Google meeting access is separate from TTS sign-in. Use the invited Google identity. TTS must verify each tutor can enter and manage their meeting before the first family session.
A supported start for your student.
- Complete enrollment and the parent/guardian consent steps with TTS before your child begins. Review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
- Keep the student’s registered email and account details available. Help them sign in for the first session, and use Forgot password if needed.
- Check the agreed appointment times and help your student find a quiet space, a reliable internet connection and scratch paper.
- During orientation, ask your student to show you My learning, My results and My sessions.
- Your tutor prepares reviewed progress updates from session notes. Ask TTS how and when those reports will be shared with you.
There is currently no separate parent login. Ask TTS for your child’s report or help reviewing their student workspace.
Quick answers
Do I have to install TTS?
No. Open the TTS portal in your browser and sign in. Adding an icon to your phone or computer is optional. See optional shortcut steps →
Why is my test locked?
Your tutor assigns and unlocks diagnostics and mock exams. If you were told to take one and it is still locked, use Refresh shared data or contact your tutor.
Why is my exam different?
Your account follows your assigned program. Intervention uses an initial foundational skill library. Current ISEE and SSAT practice covers Upper Level. Contact TTS to correct the exam or level before starting an assessment.
Where are my answers to the presentation?
Answer in the TTS session room on your own device. The presentation shared through Google Meet is for viewing; it is not where you click an answer.
What if the internet disconnects?
Keep the page open. Read the save-status message and retry when connected. Timed tests continue counting down. Tell your tutor about an interruption before starting new work.
